About your tour guide Ken Woody

Ken Woody is the retired, former Chief Ranger, at Little Bighorn Battlefield for 24 years, from 1998 to 2022. 

After retiring with a 30-year career in the National Park Service Ken Woody, opened a Trading Post in Hardin, Montana that serves the Crow and Cheyenne people. As the Chief Ranger at Little Bighorn Battlefield for 24 years, Ken was part of the management team that made decisions effecting the future of the battlefield. However, as part of Kens responsibilities he also hired, trained and managed the Interpretive Rangers and Crow Indian Tour Guides who made presentations to some 250,000 visitors to the National Monument yearly.
